Account Coordinator - Advertising research (Midtown East)

Affinity, LLC, a leading market research firm, is currently seeking an organized team player to join the growing client service team. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to serve as an Account Coordinator for Affinity’s VISTA Print Effectiveness Rating Service that demonstrates they have the flexibility to excel in client service, while also performing office management tasks.

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR:

Experience necessary: Bachelor’s Degree, with a marketing, media or advertising background preferred.
<br>

<br>
Job duties/requirements:
<br>
•Daily contact and account coordination for major publishing and agency clients
<br>
•Check all syndicated/custom results and print effectiveness data
<br>
•Receive and distribute internally all materials needed for production
<br>
•Work with management and print/agency clients as needed to ensure project completion
<br>
•Attend client meetings and functions, as well as industry related seminars and presentations
<br>
•Will distribute all deliverables to print/agency clients in a timely manner upon project completion
<br>
•Perform office management tasks to include: distribution of magazines to production, ordering office supplies, bank deposits, binding and other duties necessary to ensure smooth business operation
