<P><STRONG>Graphic Designer</STRONG>:</P><br />
<P>Execute the day-to-day processes and responsibilities assigned to a Creative group. Graphic Designers are responsible for producing high-quality advertisements that are accurate, creative and meet deadlines. Graphic Designers work directly with Print Traffic personnel, Production Managers and/or a Creative Director in an effort to execute the ad assignments and work requests of the group. Graphic Designers are to become familiar with and understand all duties and responsibilities of the Production Manager and/or Creative Director and assist on an on-going and as needed basis to complete each of those duties.</P><br />
<P>Create high-quality advertisements for agency clients using design advanced design software, such as Quark XPress, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, on a Mac OSX platform. To be proficient in printing requirements/techniques such as bleeds, crop marks, color conversions, etc. for proper delivery of jobs to service bureaus for printing.</P><br />
<P>General Duties include:</P><br />
<UL><br />
<LI>Proficient with file formats, such as TIF, EPS, JPG and PDF, and how to create/edit them.<br />
<LI>Demonstrate proficiency in skills such as scanning, image-retouching and color correction.<br />
<LI>Communicate with Account Service personnel to determine the best design solution for clients.<br />
<LI>Ensure that mechanical specs are accurately applied, such as job slug, size and color.<br />
<LI>Provide printouts and/or PDFs of every job after completion.<br />
<LI>Proof their work and confirm that job instructions are executed accurately, images are correct and accurate, and to spell-check jobs before submission.<br />
<LI>Be familiar with mounting/paste-up techniques and materials.<br />
<LI>Maintain file servers and computers in proper order, as stated in the Manual for Standard Operating Procedures.<br />
<LI>Meet assigned deadlines, or notify supervisors of possible conflicts.</LI></UL><br />
<P><STRONG>Web Designer</STRONG>:</P><br />
<P>Overall Objective<BR>Web Designers create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content, for client/agency&#8217;s web sites.</P><br />
<P>Responsibilities:</P><br />
<P>To execute the day-to-day processes and responsibilities assigned to a Creative group. Web Designers are responsible for building websites using technologies that conform to clients&#8217; standards that are accurate, creative and meet deadlines.</P><br />
<P>General Duties:</P><br />
<P>Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements, if necessary.</P><br />
<P>Create visual concepts that match the content and the image wanted by the clients and that fit with the company&#8217;s global image; ensure that sites are easy to navigate and make sure that they are universally accessible.</P><br />
<P>Perform maintenance and updates to existing websites when requested by clients.</P><br />
<P>Contribute to the overall development of the Web Communications group and of the company&#8217;s website.</P><br />
