Marketing Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Growing software and consulting company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with exceptional organizational and communication skills to work at our Buckhead office. Position reports to VP of Marketing and is responsible for managing all the company’s events, seminars, webcasts and trade shows. The position is also responsible for maintaining the company’s collateral and training library. The role requires expert level knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) as well as experience using other marketing tools. Previous experience in event management is a plus.

Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of up to 15-20 marketing seminars and trade shows a month including:
o Complete project management
o Seminar venue &/or booth management
o Logistics and catering
o Enrollments & registration
o Invitations & flyers
o Handouts
o Internal & external communications
o Promotion item management
o Speaker coordination and booking
o Pre-event budgeting and planning
o Post-event reporting
• Provide pro-active communication to internal sales teams, partners, presenters and other stakeholders to ensure that we are maximizing attendance and quality sales leads.
• Maintain the collateral and promotional item inventory to ensure prompt availability of marketing materials
o Work with technical team to prepare course syllabi for distribution to sales and clients

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications and 2-5 years experience required.
Must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
Must have natural ability to get the details right.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.

Experience with SilverPop, Microsoft CRM and Adobe Illustrator a plus.
