Rapidly growing marketing company in Boca Raton is seeking experienced marketing coordinator to assist Director of Operations. The Company is an independent, privately-owned company which is profitable and seeking to double revenues in the next 12 months.
The Marketing Coordinator will have a career building opportunity to help the Company expand both its Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing businesses across various media channels. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Operations to develop and to implement policies and procedures required to support the Company’s aggressive growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Production
+Support and maintain Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing process to meet the delivery requirements of all offers by coordinating and execute the setup, testing and deployment of all campaigns
+Work closely with our Production Team to produce/publish and develop Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing programs, under the guidance of the Director of Operations
+Coordinate production assets for Affiliate Marketing programs, including affiliate links and codes from clients/agencies
Campaign Management
+Coordinate and and update Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing offers to ensure they are current and performing
+Analyze key metrics pertaining to Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing performance to identify and pursue optimization opportunities
Experience and Qualifications:
+One years experience in interactive marketing
+Detail obsessed wordsmith with excellent proofreading and copy/editing skills
+A collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scopes and complexities in a fast growing company and evolving industry
+Hands-on, can-do, no-ego style. Inability to sit back and wait for “next steps”
+Proficient in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
