Position: Media Coordinator
Overview:
The selected candidate for the Media Coordinator role will be a key contributor to our advertising sales team. Core duties will involve implementation of online ad campaigns, including ad trafficking and testing, coordinating email marketing efforts, and general campaign support and analysis functions for advertising clients.
Responsibilities:
• Traffic, test and maintain online advertising campaigns to ensure they are running properly
• Troubleshoot any issues that impact tracking, implementation or reporting
• Work with clients to recommend campaign modifications and optimization
• Scheduling, facilitating and reporting on email blasts in a timely and efficient manner
• Support internal Sales team with statistics and information to aid in proposals for new and renewal media sales
• Manage and support publishers who handle campaigns within the Traders Media advertising network
Requirements:
Candidate must possess qualities including attention to detail, organized and efficient, possess the ability to multi-task, accuracy in compiling data and statistics, the ability to work with and address client issues (both positive and negative), be proficient in learning new software programs and be sales-minded.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with ad serving programs, email marketing applications and web editing programs.
