Location: Chicago, Illinois
Draft regulatory filings, maintain corporate records and minutes, prepare corporate resolutions, consents and certifications, coordinate regulatory reporting efforts, assist attorneys with research and other projects as needed.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: General knowledge of insurance regulatory environment and corporate governance subjects. Good computer skills will be sought (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage projects, work independently, and communicate effectively with regulators and management essential.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 years in a corporate or law firm setting.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: College required. Paralegal training or certificate desired.
